We need to:

Translate the solution into metrics that articulate your goals.
Adjust the software so that it will do everything your solution requires.
Discuss and determine applicable business rules such as shipping and receiving hours.
Identify gaps and address them through mutually agreed upon solutions.
Integrate the new process with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
